Long-Term Care

Long-Term Care Insurance

If you're looking for a form that you can plug your info into and get instant results, you're in the wrong place. Most of those forms are meant to capture your info and sell it to multiple people that contact you forever. If you qualify for Long-Term Care insurance, then I'll have options for you. Insurance is about transferring risk. The lower risk that you are for an insurance company, the lower your premium. Age and medical records, etc are used to determine an insurance company's risk. Fortunately, I represent numerous long-term care insurance companies and as I speak with you, I can determine which would be the best fit for your situation. Please understand that if you're 70, the risk is too great for any company and premiums will be through the roof if you are approved. The best time to buy long-term care insurance is when you're young and healthy, but there may still be options for those who have waited. There are life insurance options that have long-term care as a rider. If you have an employer group long-term care or life insurance plan, I recommend getting an individual plan that's not tied to your employment. Many of my clients retire and their group insurance plan doesn't go with them. Now that they're older, an individual plan is more expensive since the risk is greater. The time to get long-term care insurance is to get it while you can. I can't stress that enough. I get so many desperate calls from individuals with a life threatening diagnosis, but insurance is about transferring risk and it's too late for them. They carried the risk their whole lives. Since the weight of it didn't come to mind, it seemed light, but having come close to the end they realized the heaviness. It doesn't have to be that way for you. Let's talk 918-872-0495.

As an Independent Broker /Agent, my goal is to offer every Medicare plan option available.  Medicare requires this disclaimer verbatim even though I do offer every plan available in Tulsa County except for I-SNPs which are MA plans for individuals in an institution.  Medicare Disclaimer: "We do not offer every plan available in your area.  We represent a number of MA organizations, which offer products in your area.  Any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer in your area.  Please contact Medicare.gov 1-800-medicare or your local State Health Insurance  Program to get information on all of your options. "   Obviously, Medicare is requiring this due to some brokers on a local and national scale not offering all plans in all areas.
