Vision Insurance

Vision Insurance Options

Vision Insurance is much easier than most types of policies. Most pay a certain amount for an eye exam, frames, lenses, contacts, etc. and will have better benefits for using In-Network providers. Fortunately, I represent numerous insurance companies for Vision like Eyemed, VSP, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, etc and as I speak with you, I can determine which would be the best fit for your situation.  I've included 2 companies that you can quote and enroll in a plan directly with them below.  Let's talk 918-872-0495 or email Rick@HMLChoices.com.

Ameritas Vision Coverage

Ameritas PrimeStar vision insurance plans all offer next-day coverage, no waiting periods, and no enrollment fees. Choose from plans that feature the VSP or EyeMed vision networks. As an Independent Broker /Agent, my goal is to offer every Medicare plan option available.  Medicare requires this disclaimer verbatim even though I do offer every plan available in Tulsa County except for I-SNPs which are MA plans for individuals in an institution.  Medicare Disclaimer: "We do not offer every plan available in your area.  We represent a number of MA organizations, which offer products in your area.  Any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer in your area.  Please contact Medicare.gov 1-800-medicare or your local State Health Insurance  Program to get information on all of your options. "   Obviously, Medicare is requiring this due to some brokers on a local and national scale not offering all plans in all areas.
